A family atmosphere
We are family-run and have existed since 1920. Staff rooms can be provided if needed.

Which trades can I learn with you?
You can train as a hotel specialist (Hotelfachfrau or Hotelfachmann), a restaurant specialist (Restaurantfachfrau or Restaurantfachmann) or a chef (Koch or Köchin).
How long does the training take?
The dual apprenticeship lasts three years. You learn everything you need for a successful qualification, at vocational school and in practice with us.
When does the training start?
Training starts on 1 September.
Is there accommodation for trainees?
Staff rooms can be provided if needed.
