Railway station
Oberschleißheim S-Bahn station is about 2.5 km from the hotel. You can get there by bus. The bus timetables are available at reception.

Iron and ironing board
On request you can get an iron and ironing board in your room. Please speak to reception. Another iron and ironing board are in the guest laundry room on the lower ground floor of the main building.
Business room
Our business room is open to you on the 1st floor of the main building from 06:30 to 23:30. Here you can surf the internet, work in Microsoft Office, print, copy and more.
Check-out
Tax authorities require the exact address of your company on the invoice. To make things run smoothly, please tell us your billing address the evening before you leave. Reception is staffed from 06:00. If you leave early, please check out the evening before. You can pay in cash, with EC card, Euro/Master Card, Visa, American Express or JCB.
Odds and ends
Extra blankets, pillows or towels as well as summer duvets, repair, hygiene and cosmetic items such as a sewing kit, flannel, disposable razor, body lotion, toothbrush, feminine hygiene products, comb or other useful things are available free of charge at reception.

These are on every corridor. For the exact location, please see the escape plan in your room or in the corridor.
Fitness room
Children and young people under 14 are not permitted to enter. Young people aged 14 and over may use the fitness room accompanied by a parent or guardian. You must be shown how to use the equipment before using it.
You will find the room in our chalet. It is reached via the covered walkway between the central chalet building and rooms 26 to 32 (painting with a horse-drawn carriage).
Escape routes
In the event of a fire, please note the escape route plan on your room door and in the corridors. It shows where the nearest emergency exit and the assembly point are.
If you are reading this during a fire alarm, please go immediately to one of the emergency exits.

You are welcome to bring your pet. We charge €15.00 per pet and day as a contribution to cleaning costs. If extra cleaning is needed, we reserve the right to charge more afterwards. Please be considerate of other guests. If you need a water or food bowl, please contact reception. Pets are not allowed in the buffet area. Thank you for your understanding.

Our hotel bar is on the ground floor next to reception.
Internet
Our free WiFi is available throughout the hotel. The network name is HotSpot-Kurfuerst. Reception will gladly tell you the password.
Workstations for surfing the web and a printer are also available in our business centre (1st floor of the main building) (see “Business room”).

Children
Children up to 7 years stay free of charge in their parents’ room. We are happy to provide a cot (up to about 2½ years; 0.60 x 1.20 m) or, if needed, an extra bed (0.80 x 2.00 m) free of charge. (In some rooms the sofa can also be made up as a bed.)
Conference rooms
Our 4 meeting rooms are available for meetings and conferences. They have a floor area of between 60 and 148 m². You can get our free meeting folder at reception.

Are you leaving before breakfast time or do you not have time for breakfast? Simply order a packed lunch at reception the day before, as a replacement for breakfast or in addition to breakfast as a snack for 8.50 €.

If you need a rental car, our reception staff will be happy to help.
Minibar
A minibar is available in your room. If you need additional drinks, please contact reception. Please see the sheet in the information stand on the desk or the consumption slip for prices. Please note the drinks on the consumption slip and hand it in at reception on the day of departure.
Night bell
It is on the outside of the main entrance, on the left. Outside reception opening hours you can reach our night service with it.

Non-smoking rooms
Please do not smoke in our rooms.
Ashtrays are provided at the hotel entrances. We charge a flat fee of approx. 150.00 EUR for the extra effort caused by smoking in our rooms.

Parking
Our own car parks are free of charge for you. We ask you to park only in the marked areas and to keep the fire engine access (behind the building) clear. The underground car park is free of charge (see “Underground car park”).

Reception is happy to accept your post. Alternatively, there is a yellow postbox directly in front of the Schlosspark entrance.
Radiator
If your room is too cool, we are happy to put an additional heater in your room. Please contact reception for this (extension 9).
Shaving kit
Shaving kits are available free of charge at reception (see “Odds and ends”).
Invoice
We are happy to issue you an invoice. You can find the current opening hours of reception at the top of this page. If you need the invoice issued to a company, we need a declaration of cost coverage.
Umbrellas
You can find umbrellas at reception, in the corner by the brochures.
Laundry and dry cleaning
Please hand in laundry to be cleaned (including dry cleaning) at reception by 09:00. You will find laundry bags and the price list in your wardrobe. We will arrange the return with you at reception.
Complaints
Our most important goal is satisfied guests who feel at home with us. Please give us the chance to improve our service with your suggestions. Speak to our staff during your stay or note your experiences and ideas on our questionnaire. Our staff are happy to help with any problems or comments.
Repairs
We do our best to carry out repairs as quickly as possible. If you have any problems or notice anything, please contact our staff at reception.
Reception
Our reception can be reached on extension 9 (Monday to Saturday 06:00 to 23:00, Sunday 06:00 to 22:00). Outside these times you can reach our night service.
Safe
A safe is available free of charge in your room. You will find the operating instructions on the inside of the safe. If the safe is locked when you arrive, please contact reception. The hotel accepts no liability for valuables left in the room.
Sauna
Our sauna is open on request until 22:00 (please register at reception about 30 minutes beforehand).
The sauna may not be used by children and young people under 16.
Shoe cleaning
You can get shoe cleaning supplies at reception. In the lobby, at the back by the brochures, you will find a shoe-shining machine.
Swimming pool
Our swimming pool is on the lower ground floor of the main building. Towels and shower gel/shampoo are available in the pool area. Your room card gives you access to the pool. For the changing room locker you need a 2 EUR deposit coin. Minors may use the pool only in the presence of a responsible adult.
Jumping into the pool is not permitted.
Snacks and drinks
Please take sweet snacks and drinks from the minibar. If anything is missing, you can contact our staff at reception at any time.
Sun terrace
In summer our sun terrace on the inner side of the hotel is open for you.

Electricity
All power sockets in our hotel supply 220 V. You can get plug adapters at reception.

The nearest petrol station is towards Eching (about 2.5 km) at the Kreuzhof, or towards Feldmoching (about 2.4 km) on Sonnenstraße.

The hotel terrace is open to you in warm weather.

Our reception team is happy to help you reserve concert or theatre tickets. Also ask about offers and packages for various events at our reception.
Underground car park
Our hotel guests can use the underground car park free of charge. Please drive in. With the entry ticket you receive, you can also drive out again at any time. On the lower 2nd parking level there is a lift to reception and to the rooms in the main building. On the upper 1st parking level you reach reception via the stairs. For stays of several days you get a season ticket at reception, which lets you enter the car park at any time, including at night. The underground car park is free of charge for all hotel guests.

Newspapers and magazines
You can get newspapers and magazines free of charge at our reception. They are also on display at reception every day.
Cigarettes
A cigarette machine is on the lower ground floor of the main building, opposite the toilets. It accepts coins only.
Room card
You can keep your room card until check-out. It opens your room, the swimming pool, the fitness room and the night entrances of the respective buildings.
