Questions about the meeting calculator
How much does a meeting cost?
The 2027 meeting packages cost between €34 (Quick Lunch, half day) and €72 (Comfort, full day) per person and day. The room rental per day comes on top and, depending on the room, lies between €90 and €420.
Is the room rental included in the package?
No, the room rental is added per seminar day. The standard equipment is included in the room rental: flipchart, projector, screen and pinboard.
When is the room rental waived?
From 12 overnight stays per seminar day the room rental is waived, and from 20 overnight stays per seminar day the cost of additional meeting equipment is waived. Equipment hired externally is excluded. To use this, enter the overnight stays per seminar day in the calculator.
How binding is the total in the calculator?
The total is an estimate based on the 2027 meeting price list (as of 25.09.2026) and not an offer. Breaks, side dishes, drinks and menus beyond the package are listed in the price list and are not included in the calculator. If you send us an enquiry, you will receive a personal offer.
Which room suits my group?
Based on the number of people and the seating layout, the calculator chooses the most affordable room in which your group has space. The largest room is Schleißheim with up to 90 seats in rows of chairs. You can see the rooms in detail on the Meetings page.
What is the meeting buffet?
The meeting buffet is available from 25 people at €42 per person. At the head chef's choice it consists of various starters, three main courses and various desserts.
