      How do I reach reception?

      By phone on +49 89 31579-0 or by email at rezeption@kurfuerst-hotel.de. Reception is staffed: Monday to Saturday 06:00 to 23:00, Sunday 06:00 to 22:00.

      Is reception staffed at night?

      No, there is no 24-hour reception. If you arrive late, please let us know beforehand.

      Where can I find us?

      At Kapellenweg 5 in 85764 Oberschleißheim, right by the palace park in the north of Munich. The directions page explains how to reach us by car, S-Bahn or bike.

      How can I book a room?

      Directly on this website. Choose your travel dates and the booking guides you through the rest. We are happy to answer questions by phone or email.

      Warning: Fake WhatsApp messages about hotel bookings

      Fraudulent messages about hotel bookings are currently circulating. They usually come from unknown WhatsApp accounts and contain links to supposed booking, payment or confirmation pages.

      These messages can seem very convincing because they include the hotel's name, your name and your travel dates. The data comes from a security incident at an international booking service provider, which has informed us about it. The provider identified and closed the vulnerability on 19 September 2026 at 2:00 p.m. (CEST).

      Please note:

      • Do not click any links in unverified WhatsApp messages.
      • Never enter credit card, bank, password or security details on these pages.
      • We will never ask you to enter sensitive data through an unknown WhatsApp contact.

      If you are unsure, please contact us only through the official contact details on this website or in your original booking documents.
