    What is the 360° virtual tour?

    A tour of our hotel hosted by Google. You can look around in every direction.

    Is data sent to Google when I open the page?

    No. The tour is only loaded when you click “Load the tour”. Only then does your browser transmit data, for example your IP address, to Google.

    What can I do if I do not want to load anything?

    You can also open the tour directly on Google, or look at the rooms, the swimming pool and the restaurant on our own pages.

    Where do I find us?

    We are at Kapellenweg 5 in 85764 Oberschleißheim, right by Schleißheim Palace Park. You will find directions under Directions.

    Can I book directly after the tour?

    Yes. When you book direct, the breakfast buffet and a complimentary drink from the minibar are included.

    Warning: Fake WhatsApp messages about hotel bookings

    Fraudulent messages about hotel bookings are currently circulating. They usually come from unknown WhatsApp accounts and contain links to supposed booking, payment or confirmation pages.

    These messages can seem very convincing because they include the hotel's name, your name and your travel dates. The data comes from a security incident at an international booking service provider, which has informed us about it. The provider identified and closed the vulnerability on 19 September 2026 at 2:00 p.m. (CEST).

    Please note:

    • Do not click any links in unverified WhatsApp messages.
    • Never enter credit card, bank, password or security details on these pages.
    • We will never ask you to enter sensitive data through an unknown WhatsApp contact.

    If you are unsure, please contact us only through the official contact details on this website or in your original booking documents.
